We provide custom glassware design services, allowing you to personalize glassware with your logo, design, or specifications. Custom orders are subject to additional terms, including:

  • Final approval of the design proof before production begins.
  • No cancellations or modifications once production starts.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless defective (see our Return Policy).

We take pride in the quality of our handblown glassware and Craft Master Growlers. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products. These variations are not considered defects.
